South Africans Cast Special Votes: Dr Greg Mills on eNCA

Over 1.6m South Africans get us underway here at home with special votes, starting on Monday and Tuesday. Those living abroad already voted last week and the rest of the country will go to the polls on Wednesday. Dr Greg Mills from Brenthurst Foundation, spoke to eNCA.
